It is almost more than two years when the butchers of small children,old men and women of Palestine.The occupiers of Palestinian land,The rag tag Zionists,who on their own cannot win a war against a small Muslim nation like Bangladesh have blocked the only land access to
Gaza strip which is a open concentration camp.The historic Palestine has been reduced to this strip by the Zionists.The Zionists have blocked the sea access to these native people of that land and wants them to die of starvation.Whole world is a mute spectator ,so is the so called UN,a failed world body who couldn't solve the problem of the occupation of the Palestine and Kashmir even after 65 years.President Qaddafi was right when he claimed that this world body is a puppet in the hands of a leading power and seldom solved or served any purpose since it was formed.
One can understand the bias world has towards Muslims and we Muslims don't expect any help from them but what has happened to our own Muslim brethren.The Muslim countries who surround the occupied Palestine and Gaza concentration camp.Where is their conscience ? Why they collectively cannot pressurize the masters of the Zionists to end this inhuman blockade and allow relief to reach the poor and hapless people of the Gaza concentration camp.Why they cannot pressurize the Zionists to stop attacks on the innocent unarmed Muslims of Palestine whose crime only is that they resist the occupation of their land their houses and their life by the people who are aliens .Impoverished Gaza has no air force to defend itself from Zionist F 16's,no ground force to defend itself against daily tank incursions by the savages of Zionist army who shoot at anything for fun.Today Palestine and Kashmir have been occupied tomorrow it will be some other Muslim nation.Katusha rocket fire from Gaza strip towards so called Israel cannot be answered by F 16 pounding,Whoever justifies occupying Zionists for their right of self defence is a hypocrite.Zionists have no right on even an inch of the land of Palestine .They are occupiers and need to be thrown out of this pious land as early as it is possible.The talks about two state theory again is just juggling of words.Even if it is a reality today then also the boundaries of these two nations cannot remain as they are.So called Israel should be confined to a smaller part of Palestine in the north and the rest belongs to Palestinians.
During the attack by Zionist army on Gaza one year ago we all saw the brutality of Zionists.I always wonder how Muslims if there are any could sleep when Muslim infants,children were killed in their mothers laps.Zionists have done an unpardonable crime and need to be punished by the Muslim world if there are any of them of course.
After the Hudaibia treaty the Jews of Khyber killed the son of Abu Dharr Qaffari may Allah be pleased with him When was grazing his flock outside Madina.Rasool(A.S) asked Muslims to attack Khyber and won the battle against the insidious jews after Ali bin Abi Talib may Allah be pleased with him Killed Harith and Murhab in the battle.They avenged the killing of the Son of Abu dharr Gaffari (R.A).Who will avenge the killing of unarmed children old men and women of Gaza? We are Muslims and we all have to answer to Allah on the day of judgement so when Allah will ask you what you were doing when my people were been slaughtered ,one should start finding the answer from today.
Muslims cannot remain mute spectators to the carnage's wether it is in Kashmir, Afghanistan, Palestine or anywhere.It is the responsibility of Muslim nations, If any,to sit together and to make sure no one dares to hurt Muslims in any part of the world.Their response to such incident should be aggressive and decisive.At the governments level only.There is no need to make bands etc.When a Muslim nation has a army it can join with other Muslim nations army to answer any power militarily as per need,Also Muslim nations can always use diplomatic ways as shown by Prophet (A.S) in Hudaibiya etc.

During a recent seminar Yasin Malik the leader of a secularist band of Maisuma spoke about things that He himself cannot understand how they will be interpretted by the Muslims .Islam is a religion which means submission ,submission to the will of Allah and any muslim who thinks that any another system is better for mankind except Islam is a hyppocrite.Kashmir is a Muslim Majority Occupied country ,While one part of it is under pseudo secular India ,The other is under Pseudo Islamic Pakistan.It is the haplessness of Kashmiris that Their voice was never heard by the So called United Nations.President Qaddafi was right in his speech at the same UN when he called this world body useless and puppet of the America.
Yasin Malik wants Kashmiris to find an enemy first ,and then to fight, as kashmiris cannot fight at various fronts.He is right in one sence but Muslims have a code of life and it is not possible for a faithfull to remain a mute spectator when Muslim men women and children are slaughtered.Rasool (A.S) (peace be upon him) said

When people see an oppressor but do not prevent him from (doing evil), it is likely that Allah will punish them all.- Source: Abu Dawood and Al-Tirmidhi

Mohammad (A.S) also said that Muslims are like the human body when one part has pain whole body feels it.How can a Muslim sleep when his people are Murdered and killed in cold blood by tyrants and enemies of Islam.
We dont Kill people for the lust of land as other people are doing,It is not allowed in our religion which propagates peace.But we have to fight if someone attacks us or does unjustice to Muslims.Let it be by words as Allah knows what is in the Hearts.

"Do not take any human being's life, (the life) which God has declared to be sacred - otherwise than in (the pursuit of) justice: this has He enjoined upon you so that you might use your reason.

Now tell me Mr Malik is there any other way left for a believer other than to oppose the oppressor.If we cannot fight physically but we can raise our voice.
Or your secular way tells you to ignore the words of Holy prophet (A.S) or do Ataqiyah as one deviant group does.

We as Muslims have no other way but to follow the way of Islam and submit ourself to the God Almighty as he wants us,Follow the way Rasool (A.S) has asked us .We have lot of examples to follow.We cannot pay alligence to tagut,Its better die rather to live under the shadow of tagut and secularism.The cheif of youth in heaven Hussain Ibn Ali may Allah be pleased be him showed us the way how to be steadfast and not to bow before tagut,30.000 skilled armymen against 73 0r 75 people tired with desert thirst but when it comes to religion Allahu Akbar no compromise.Rasool (A.S) told Abu Talib that If they (The Makkan poytheists) will put sun on my one hand and moon on another still I'll ask people to accept the real faith.The family of Yasir Radiallahu anhu, Abu jahal was about to strike Mother Sumaya with the spear and asked her who is her god Laat ,Mannat,Hibul or Mohammad's (A.S) god ,Poor old lady knew that the time of separation is certain if She says Allah but She didn't hesitated in saying ' THERE IS NO GOD BUT GOD AND MOHAMMAD IS THE MESSENGER OF GOD'. India cannot scare us Muslims ,It can kill us but not take the Imman (Faith) from our Hearts.What will we do without islam,We will loose in this world and the world hereafter.
So those who follow this pseudo secular thought should remember that Allah Has commanded us to follow the Prophet (A.S) only if we really are faith full

“But no,by your Lord, they can have no faith, until they make you (Mohammad.A.S) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept(them) will full submission.

The people of Kashmir have been always been subjected to hardships by their own fellow
Kashmiris. The doctors of Kashmir are no exception. These devils in the white coat have very now and then subjected the poor people of Kashmir to unjustified miseries. First they
Thrive on the tax payers money which is utilized for their studies in the govt.institution,Then they beg f or house jobs, then P.G,and later for registrar ship.That time their blood sucking tentacles are not visible and are hidden,Once the system adopts them then they start spreading their tentacles and show their real face.I know this fraternity from inside as I also am a doctor but I studied on my fathers money and not on the base of backward class or scheduled cast certificate.
These touts when they sit in the OPD have connections with the 3rd class pharma companies who sell water in the injections .They bring them gifts in form of mobile Tvs, bikes as the agreement will be. The consultants get to and fro air tickets for prescribing the selected medicine. These people make a handsome money and still they ask the government to raise their stipend or salary.People are befooled by Kashmiri Surgeons and are incised for fictitious diseases. Hemorriodectomy has become a source of income for these touts..It is shameful to write what cheap practices these touts perform to befool the poor Kashmiris .The puppet govt.if as it says really cares for the people should terminate all these touts and on the base of the policy hire and fire should start health care on the basis of contract which can be renewed yearly depending on the performance Of the doctors. A strict vigil should be kept on the hospitals and a secretary should be kept for this purpose to deal with the complaints of the patients against the erring doctors.The erring doctor should be terminated immediately on finding him guilty of misconduct and Malpractice.Security also should be adequate in the hospitals so that no one can assault a doctor and if such a episode happens that guy should be booked under PUBLIC SAFETY ACT.Nothing is important that the health of a nation. Our nation is suffering in the hands of these So called doctors and we cannot do anything.
There are so many doctors who are willing to work and help their people but there are no jobs for them because these touts have occupied them and now are trying to blackmail Kashmiri people.People should socially boycott these touts and teach them a lesson.Govt should kick them out ,Bring a ordinance in the assembly and reform the Health care system in the state.Services of non kashmiri doctors can be availed after passing the ordinance in the assembly.As I said nothing is important than the health of a Nation.

At the time of the partition of the Indian Subcontinent back in 1947 by the hastily retreating British Empire, Kashmir was supposed to be acceding to Pakistan based on its overwhelming number of Muslims that made up nearly 80 percent of its inhabitants.
However, after some resistance by the ruling maharaja at the time and the subsequent foray of Pakistani forces into the territory that drew an immediate response from the Indian Army, the United Nations stepped in.
The UN Security Council passed Resolution 39 on Jan. 20, 1948, establishing a special commission to investigate the conflict. Subsequent to the commission’s recommendation, the Security Council ordered in its Resolution 47, passed on April 21, 1948, that the invading Pakistani Army retreat from Jammu & Kashmir and that the accession of Kashmir to either India or Pakistan be determined in accordance with a plebiscite to be supervised by the UN.
It has been over 61 years since that resolution was passed, and yet the people of Kashmir remain mired in Indo-Pakistan politics. The dispute over Kashmir had, in fact, led to two wars between the neighboring countries and has escalated tensions since. But recent events on the world stage such as the Middle East crisis, Iraq and Afghanistan have relegated the problem to the back burner.
Enter Muammar Qaddafi, the maverick ruler of Libya. Shattering protocol by speaking for 90 minutes instead of the allotted 15 in an address to the UN General Assembly, Qaddafi who was introduced in the General Assembly Hall as the “leader of the revolution, the president of the African Union and the king of kings of Africa” touched upon many issues, one of them being the current status of Kashmir.
Supporting the idea of an independent Kashmir, much to the embarrassment of Indian diplomats present, Qaddafi stated that “Kashmir should be an independent state, not Indian, not Pakistani. We should end this conflict. It should be a Ba’athist state between India and Pakistan.” The Indian delegation of External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna, Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao, and Hardip Singh Puri, India’s permanent representative to the UN in New York, seemed obviously discomforted.
Kashmir’s pro-freedom leaders on Thursday welcomed the statement of Libyan president at the UN General Assembly and urged India and Pakistan to resolve the Kashmir issue according to the wishes and aspirations of the people. And Pakistani Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Reza Gilani talking to media in the eastern city of Multan last Thursday said that Kashmir is the core issue and without resolving it no durable peace is possible in the region.
Gilani added that dialogue was the only way to move forward for resolving all outstanding issues between Pakistan and India, according to the local NNI news agency. Pakistan, the prime minister said, will take up the issue of Kashmir and water with India during forthcoming talks. All this must be music to the ears of a forgotten people.
While Qaddafi’s outbursts have often been dismissed as an exercise in triviality, this latest suggestion coming from the Libyan leader should be validated by a fresh round of political maneuvers that would satisfy the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
Let the people of Kashmir decide their future. India, a democracy must not feel discomforted by the will of the Kashmiri people. And Pakistan should not assume that the Kashmiris would automatically accede to them. The Kashmiris are a proud people and the choice must be theirs and theirs alone.

Israel committed war crimes in Gaza

UNITED NATIONS: Israeli forces committed war crimes and possibly crimes against humanity during their assault on the Gaza Strip eight months ago, the head of a UN fact-finding rights mission said on Tuesday.
Richard Goldstone told reporters that his four-member probe panel “concluded that actions amounting to war crimes and possibly in some respects crimes against humanity were committed by the Israel Defense Forces.”
Israel reacted quickly, saying in a statement issued by its diplomatic mission in Geneva that it did not cooperate with Goldstone’s investigation. “Its mandate was clearly one-sided and ignored the thousands of Hamas missile attacks on civilians in southern Israel that made the Gaza operation necessary,” the statement said.
Goldstone, a noted South African jurist, recommended that the UN Security Council call on Israel to investigate possible crimes committed by its forces. The probe should be “independent and in conformity with international standards” and establish a committee of human rights experts to monitor any such proceedings.
If Israel fails to do so, then the 15-nation council should refer the situation in Gaza to the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the summary said.
“The rocket and mortar attacks (by Hamas) caused terror in the affected communities of southern Israel, causing loss of life and physical and mental injury to civilians, as well as damage to buildings and property,” it also said.
Goldstone said Israel’s blockade of Gaza, which began prior to the assault, amounted to “collective punishment” for the 1.5 million Gazans, most of whom rely on aid to survive. The summary said that Israel’s Gaza operation was directed at the people of Gaza as a whole, not just Hamas members.
His report said Israeli forces “humiliated, dehumanized and carried out an assault on the dignity of the people in Gaza, through the use of human shields, unlawful detentions, unacceptable conditions of detention ... obscenities and racist slogans.”
It said the use of human shields is a war crime and that a court could find that the blockade of Gaza, which Israel continues to enforce, is itself a crime against humanity. Goldstone’s report also criticized Israel for firing white phosphorus incendiary shells over the UN compound in Gaza and its “intentional strike” on the Al-Quds hospital using high explosive artillery shells and white phosphorus.
The report said an Israeli soldier held by Hamas since June 2006, Gilad Shalit, has prisoner-of-war status and should be treated humanely according to the Geneva Conventions.
Following the release of the report, Amnesty International said the United Nations must act and bring those responsible to justice.
The UN Human Rights Council should endorse the report and ask UN chief Ban Ki-moon to refer it to the UN Security Council, said Donatella Rovera, who headed Amnesty’s investigation into the turn-of-year conflict.
“The UN Security Council and other UN bodies must now take the steps necessary to ensure that the victims receive the justice and reparation that is their due and that perpetrators don’t get away with murder,” she added.
Meanwhile, US envoy George Mitchell sought a deal on the thorny issue of West Bank settlements on Tuesday as he met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad in a bid to pave the way to resume stalled peace talks.
